I am so excited to be sharing my first-ever podcast appearance with you!

My friends Andres Corrales, Nick Barbosa, and Jose Colon Hosts of Fitness Uncovered invited me (Emily Silber, Certified Personal Trainer) and my good friend Morgan Shapiro who is also a certified personal trainer and Business Owner as guest speakers.

For those of you that don’t know I (Emily) have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years with certifications in nutrition, corrective exercise, and pre-natal & postpartum fitness. I have worked with many clients from all walks of life throughout my personal training journey which has given me so much experience and knowledge that I am forever grateful for! I love learning more and more about the fitness industry, I am continuously learning from other trainers and professionals as well as experimenting with my own with workout programs and recipes.

Morgan and I have been friends for the past 3 years and first met at the gym! She's one of my biggest inspirations so it was an honor to have her as my co-speaker!

We spoke all about Women’s Health and Fitness from weight training to hormone health, pregnancy and so much more!
